Pets are more comfortable within the comfort of their own home where the sights, smells and sounds are familiar. Bringing them into a strange environment is stressful on your pet and may cause illness.

In your own home, they will not be exposed to strange animals or surroundings, which could cause your pet to catch a disease. Using a pet sitting service provides many benefits:

• Every pet receives individual attention at every visit. Whether it is a walk, playtime with a favorite toy or scratching and petting.
   
• Your pet is in a familiar surrounding, making your absence less traumatic.
   
• Your pet is kept on their regular schedule; we will feed and let them out at their usual time.
   
• For pets with special needs, we can provide such services as: Administering medications, injections, bandage changes and other nursing services.
   
• Your home is given a lived in look while you are away. We will rotate lights and draperies, bring in papers/mail, and provide indoor plant watering*.
  
   *Extensive plant watering, including outdoor plants is an extra service.

PET SITTING RATES

Vacation and dog walking rates
 

Visits start at $15 per regularly scheduled daily visit, $16 per vacation visit (20-30 minutes), $20 per extended visit (30-40 minutes), for up to 2 pets, within a 6 mile radius from central Lemont.  Beyond 6 miles is $1/mile/visit.  Visits between the hours of 10pm and 7am are an additional fee.  More than 2 pets, add $1/pet.

Overnight service

Prices start at $55 per night.  The fee is based on the period of time between the hours of 10pm and 7am but hours may vary.  Outside of the Lemont area, or 10 miles from central Lemont, price increases to $60 and up.

Transportation to vet or groomer

Every 30 minutes spent in transport and/or at the vet or groomer is equal to one visit charge.
